1 General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the f333 platform and all services operated under it. Every member registered with f333 is bound by these Terms. By logging in, playing games, placing bets, or carrying out any financial transaction on the platform, a member is automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
f333 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through appropriate means. The most recently published version of the Terms shall be considered effective.
These Terms are written in Bengali. If there is any discrepancy between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
2 Account Registration and Membership
To open a valid account with f333, a member must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, email address, and other details submitted at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. The same person or members of the same household must not open multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, f333 reserves the right to close those accounts and confiscate the associated funds.
2.2 Identity Verification
f333 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals and other services may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.3 Updating Registration Details
If any change occurs to a member's personal information, the f333 support team must be notified immediately. The member is responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
3 Age and Eligibility Requirements
All f333 services — casino games, sports betting, and other gambling activities — are open only to persons aged 21 or above. There is no provision for underage persons to create an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately.
Age Verification: f333 may request proof of age (21+) at any time. We are firmly committed to keeping underage persons away from gambling.
All transactions on the account of a member who registered with a false age will be cancelled, and any balance held may be confiscated without a refund.
4 Account Security and Protection
Members must keep their account login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Unauthorised Access
If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the f333 support team immediately. If notification is not made in time, the member bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
4.2 Shared Accounts
Allowing another person to use your account, or logging into another person's account yourself, is prohibited. Accounts found in violation of this policy will be closed.
f333 maintains advanced security measures on the platform, including SSL encryption. We are technically committed to keeping members' financial and personal information secure.
5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
The currently active payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on f333 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
5.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
5.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
Deposited funds will be returned only via the same payment method used to make the deposit, except in special circumstances.
5.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from another person's mobile banking account is prohibited. The source of the deposit must be the member's own registered payment account. Any transaction identified as a third-party payment will be cancelled.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
f333 follows anti-money laundering policies in all financial transactions. If any suspicious transaction is identified, f333 may temporarily suspend the relevant account for investigation.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
f333 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement).
6.1 Bonus Calculation Example
For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000, a 100% bonus of ৳1,000 will be added, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a total wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.
6.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses must be used within the time limit set for the relevant offer.
- Each member may claim a bonus offer only once.
- The same betting rules apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
- f333 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If a member breaches the bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
6.3 VIP Program
f333's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on f333 are governed by the rules below. These rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other games.
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. f333 reserves the right to cancel a specific bet in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances.
7.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error in a game or on the platform produces an abnormal result, f333 may void the result of that round. In such cases, the amount deducted as a wager will be refunded.
7.3 Misconduct and Fraud
The use of bots, collusion, arbitrage, system manipulation, or any other form of fraudulent behaviour is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds will be confiscated.
7.4 Match Fixing
Any bet linked to match fixing or any form of sports corruption will be cancelled. The account of any member associated with such bets will also be closed.
8 Responsible Gambling
f333 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be considered a source of income. We encourage members to follow our responsible gambling policy.
8.1 Setting Limits
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. The support team will assist with setting these limits.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that gambling is having a negative effect on their life, they may take a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Please contact the support team directly to use this option.

9 Account Suspension and Closure
f333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- Registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Detection of fraudulent or unusual betting patterns.
- The member requests closure of their own account.
9.1 Funds in a Closed Account
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, f333 will decide whether to return or confiscate the remaining funds after completing an investigation. If the member requests closure themselves, the remaining balance will be returned after verification.
10 Data Protection and Privacy
f333's detailed policy on the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy. All members are covered by that policy.
Members' personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party unless required by law. f333 maintains the highest data protection standards.
11 Limitation of Liability
f333 is not liable for:
- Bets interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues.
- Loss caused by a member's own negligence or intentional error.
- Issues caused by faults in third-party platforms or software.
- Service disruption due to unavoidable accidents or force majeure circumstances.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms
f333 may amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice before changes take effect — via a platform notification, email, or other means.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If a member does not agree to the new Terms, they may request account closure.
The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Earlier versions will no longer be in effect.
